The main purpose of these Terms of Use is the inclusion and publication of real estate advertisements on mallorcabsolut.com. All users who have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity may place real estate advertisements in various sections, provided that the services and offers provided comply with the applicable legal provisions. The provider reserves the right to delete inadmissible content without prior notification. Responsibility for the content of real estate advertisements lies solely with the user.<\/p>\n
In order to place a real estate ad, the user must have a registered account. Registration is free of charge and does not entail any further obligations. Only one account per person, household or company is permitted. The real estate ad can be placed via an entry form in the internal area after logging in. By submitting the advertisement, the user submits an offer to conclude a time-limited contract for the publication of the real estate advertisement on mallorcabsolut.com. The provider decides on the publication of the offer at his own discretion. The provider is not a contractual partner of the purchase or other contracts concluded through the advertisement, but merely serves as an intermediary between the real estate provider and the interested party.<\/p>\n
The publication of objects is free of charge. However, it is possible to purchase various packages with which the objects can be highlighted as TOP objects. The prices for the packages are clearly displayed after logging in. Payment for the packages is made according to the payment method selected in the order form. The fees are due for immediate payment in advance and can be paid using the payment methods offered. An invoice in Adobe PDF format will be sent to the user by e-mail within 48 hours of purchasing the package.<\/p>\n
The user can have his account deleted at any time by e-mail, informally and without observing deadlines or giving reasons. If the account is terminated or blocked, the registered real estate advertisements will also be deleted. The provider reserves the right to terminate the account without notice in the event of repeated violations of these terms and conditions of use or applicable laws, following a prior warning two weeks in advance. Termination by the provider shall be by e-mail.<\/p>\n
The provider guarantees the availability of the data for real estate advertisements in accordance with the technical standard. However, it is known that an error-free program is not possible according to the state of the art and that our data and services may not be available at all times through no fault of our own. The provider does not guarantee a certain number of contacts or retrievals of content.<\/p>\n
Registered users agree to receive info mails from mallorcabsolut.com at irregular intervals. These info mails only contain information about mallorcabsolut.com, such as changes or news, without advertising, except on our own behalf (e.g. special offers). Any user can unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking on the corresponding link in each infomail.<\/p>\n
Amendments and\/or additions to these Terms of Use and ancillary agreements must be made in writing to be valid. Should one or more of the provisions agreed above be invalid or immoral, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
