For Seekers and Interested Parties:

What is mallorcabsolut.com and who is the portal suitable for?

mallorcabsolut.com is a specialized real estate portal exclusively for Mallorca – not a general portal with a Mallorca subpage, but 100% island focus. It is aimed at potential buyers, long-term renters and everyone looking for a property on Mallorca – whether first-time buyers, investors, capital investors or expatriates.

Currently, 776 properties from real estate agents and private individuals are listed, with daily new additions.

What types of properties can be found on the portal?

The offer includes houses and villas, country houses and fincas, apartments, studios and flats as well as land and commercial properties (offices, retail spaces, etc.). Both properties for sale and properties for long-term rental are available – from the compact city apartment in Palma to the rustic finca in the countryside.

How do I search specifically for a property?

Using the "Advanced Search" you can filter by location, island region, property type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms and specific features such as sea view, pool, new construction or pets and much more. This allows you to narrow down your search very precisely.

The "Free Text Search" offers a very simplified but fast search. Here you can also search for search terms such as "EFH", "DHH" or for already known object IDs.

Can I search by island region instead of by location?

Yes – in addition to the location search (over 70 municipalities) there is a search by the five island regions: Mallorca's North, East, South, West and the island center. You will also find these island regions in the navigation. This is particularly practical if you are still open to different locations within a region.

Can I receive newly published properties automatically by email?

Yes, in two ways: First, there is the function "All new properties to your inbox". Here you receive new properties according to your preferred category – without login, just enter your email address.

Second, after logging in you can use the "Advanced Search" with individual filter criteria and save them. You will then only be informed about properties that exactly match this search. This email comes once daily if something matching has been newly published. We also call this a "search alert". The second way is much more precise.

What is a wishlist and how does it work?

Logged-in users can save interesting properties directly on the property page using the "heart icon". All saved properties can then be accessed at any time under "My Wishlist" in the personal account. This way, interesting offers are not lost, even when you are still comparing.

Is there also holiday rental on mallorcabsolut.com?

In short: No! The portal focuses exclusively on buying and long-term rental. Those looking for a holiday apartment for a few weeks are better served on other platforms. However, those who want to live permanently on Mallorca or rent long-term will find an extensive range here.

Are there costs for searchers?

Using the portal as a searcher is completely free – no registration needed to search properties. For advanced features like saved searches or a watchlist, a free user account is required.

How do I contact a provider?
