I discovered the island about 10 years ago and have since bought one or two properties that deserve to be revitalized.
With our own architect, we check all important issues before the purchase to ensure that all adversities are cleared out of the way for the next buyer, from the building fabric to the legality, the rental possibilities as well as the electricity and water supply, we check the status, decide to buy and then start to bring the respective property up to the standard expected in today's world with our own craftsmen and mostly German suppliers. We use sustainable building materials and attach great importance to combining Mallorcan style with modernity in such a way that the result is a feeling of well-being.
