On approximately 70,000m² of land with sea views and this authentic finca for sale, you will only hear birdsong, the bleating of sheep and the whisper of the wind as it rustles through the trees.
The house in Majorcan style has on the ground floor the entrance area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. From the hallway you enter the spectacular living/dining area. On the left side you sit comfortably around the fireplace, the right side is entirely dedicated to culinary pleasures. Here you will find a long, solid dining table with a fantastic chandelier, some antiques as well as the open, modern kitchen. Between the kitchen and dining area there is another room with comfortable seating. The partially covered terrace in front of the living area enchants with a fantastic unobstructed view across the landscape to the sea. Another terrace directly by the house as well as a large, sunny terrace in front of the house offer wonderful retreat possibilities.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a spacious en suite bathroom. Here there is room for both a corner bathtub and a large, modern shower.
When building the country house, the owners placed great emphasis on maintaining the Majorcan style and also proceeded with great care when furnishing it. One or another antique piece of furniture can be acquired. The modern open kitchen was only added a few years ago, overall the house can still be extended by 200m². A pool can also be built.
A newly built laundry and drying room with shower room close to the house is not protected and can be relocated to the legal extension of the house or to the basement.
