The company Lago Immobilien has been dealing with the brokerage of real estate (condominiums, detached houses, building plots, fincas, chalets) on the east coast of Mallorca under this name since January 1999.
The owner, Claudia Gelabert, has been an independent real estate agent since 1989 (Jentzsch Immobilien with offices in Berlin-West and Potsdam until 1998) and is very familiar with and trained in real estate brokerage.
Our areas of responsibility range from the acquisition of the property sought by the customer, to advising the seller (free valuation of the property), the adequate presentation of the properties on the real estate market including the use of all online and print media.
Assistance for buyers and sellers with legal issues, preparation of all documents for the purchase of a property, support and advice during the notary appointment (we speak German, English, Spanish, Italian and Catalan).
