Who are we?
The focus of our activities is primarily on long-term and seasonal rentals.
Since 1999, we have dedicated ourselves to the careful recording of new properties that are constantly being added and the automatic screening of residential, commercial and vacation properties that are not in the price-performance ratio, as well as the interests and wishes of those looking to rent, in order to find the right property together.
Real estate rental and sale
We currently offer a number of vacation and long-term properties, for short or long seasons, as well as in the Sale standing properties from studios / apartments, hotel, - hostal rooms, chalets by the sea or rustic fincas / casitas in the countryside, typical Mallorcan village, - and town houses, properties in need of renovation, beautiful plots of land (even to Rent ), office premises and commercial real estate as well as garages and halls.
Region / area
Our range of properties for rent extends over the southeast, south and east of the island. These start from Arenal, Bahia Grande, Sa Rapita along the coast to Colonia St. Jordi up to Cala D'or / Porto Colom, Cala Murada, Porto Christo as well as in the countryside with the towns / villages: Calonge, S Horta, Felantix, Porreres, Campos, Ses Salines and Santanyi.
