Seit 1999 widmen wir uns gezielt der sorgfältigen Aufnahme von ständig neu hinzukommenden und automatischer Aussondierung welche nicht im Preisleistungsverhältnis stehenden Wohn, - Geschäfts, - und Ferienobjekten sowie den Interessen und Wünschen der Mietsuchenden an erster Stelle zu setzen um gemeinsam das passende Objekt heraus zu finden.

Wir vermitteln derzeit etliche Ferien, - und Langzeitobjekte, für eine kurze oder längerfristige Saison sowie im Verkauf stehende Immobilien von Studios / Apartments, Hotel, - Hostalzimmer, Chalets am Meer oder rustikale Fincas / Casitas auf dem Lande, typisch mallorquinische Dorf, - und Stadthäuser, sanierungsbedürftige Objekte, schöne Grundstücke ( sogar zur Rent ), office premises and commercial real estate as well as garages and halls.

Our range of properties for rent extends over the southeast, south and east of the island. These start from Arenal, Bahia Grande, Sa Rapita along the coast to Colonia St. Jordi up to Cala D'or / Porto Colom, Cala Murada, Porto Christo as well as in the countryside with the towns / villages: Calonge, S Horta, Felantix, Porreres, Campos, Ses Salines and Santanyi.
