We help you to find the right property and we carry out extensive preliminary checks to ensure that the entire purchase process is carried out the way you want it to be - simply and, above all, safely. When we market your property for you, we don't just put it on our website, we actively market your property and make sure that it appeals directly to potential buyers. We are a team with many years of experience in sales, marketing and law, and we know the real estate market in Mallorca from our own experience in various positions. Our focus is on the customer, and we are only satisfied if our customers are satisfied.
Admittedly, we are not one of the big fish in this pond - we are a small and fine real estate agency that specializes in properties in the east of Mallorca, namely where we are at home and where we also made our finca dream come true almost 10 years ago. Our focus is on authentic fincas and classic village and town houses. Our clients don't have numbers, they have names, and our properties have locations that we know very well. We do not cover the whole of Mallorca, we do not have hundreds of properties in the Sale and we can't look after hundreds of customers, but we do what we do with conviction and passion.
