This special Finca to the Sale was built in 1996 and only completed in 2003. For the stone walls, only natural stone from our own Property used. The corner plot of around 17,000 m² is located outside Sant Llorenç and offers views from the upper floor over the rooftops of Sant Llorenç to the church tower of Son Carrió. Even the sea can be seen in the distance and the mountains behind the House also offer a unique panorama. After the owners bought and merged the neighboring plot, they obtained the license for the 14, 5x4m infinity pool in front of the house, which is an absolute highlight due to its size, which is no longer permitted today. Just like the bougainvillea planted 20 years ago, which now forms a natural roof for the veranda.
A staircase leads to the entrance portal, through which you enter directly into the large, open-plan living room. In addition to the oak flooring, another detail catches the eye: a fireplace on the right-hand side of the wall is bordered by a wooden beam from a historic townhouse in Palma. The House has 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the lower floor, each with an individually designed en suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper floor with a view of the sea and its own dressing area probably has the most interesting bathroom in the house. The owners' passion for sailing boats is reflected here, with a ship's floor and a shower with wooden flooring sealed with ship's varnish. The balcony on the upper floor connects a bedroom and a walk-through room, which can be used as a playroom, for example, and also offers a wonderful distant view as far as the coast. Together with another bedroom, this area shares a bathroom in a more traditional style from the first years of the property. The kitchen on the first floor has a cooking island and is connected by a wooden door to the covered terrace area with fireplace and summer kitchen. The ideal place to find a shady spot in the summer months or to continue sitting outside with a fire in the fireplace in the cooler months.
Due to the large plot and the recently built pool, the driveway had to be visually altered. It is still possible to incorporate your own taste in the design of the driveway and a garden project.
