After extensive construction work, the beautiful harbor town of Porto Cristo in the east of the island has now been given a great promenade along the harbor, most of which is also traffic-calmed, and now invites you to linger in cafés, restaurants or on the harbor or beach all year round in a beautiful atmosphere. The residential building in which our rental apartment is located has also been renovated and now offers a completely modern, spacious entrance and staircase area.
The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and has four bedrooms (two double rooms, one triple room and one single room - so the rooms can also be used very well as bedrooms, guest rooms and offices, for example), two complete bathrooms, a separate kitchen with adjoining laundry/storage room, and a large living/dining room with balcony, from which you have a direct view of the bay and harbour of Porto Cristo. Additionally and optionally a parking space can be rented.
