The beautiful harbor town of Porto Cristo in the east of the island has, after extensive construction work, now received a wonderful promenade along the harbor, which is largely traffic-calmed, and now invites you year-round in a beautiful atmosphere to linger in cafés, restaurants or at the harbor or beach. The residential building in which our rental apartment is located has also been renovated and now offers a completely modern, spacious entrance and stairwell area.
The rental apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and features four bedrooms (two double rooms, one triple room and one single room – so the rooms can also be very well used as sleeping and guest rooms and office, for example), two complete bathrooms, a separate kitchen with adjoining laundry room/storage room, and a large living/dining room with a balcony, from which you look directly out onto the bay and harbor of Porto Cristo. Additionally and optionally, a parking space can be rented.
